We believe that everyone should feel confident when purchasing our products no matter your hair type, style or budget.
The Role
We are looking for an Alternative Marketplace Lead to own our presence on Target Plus and Walmart.com. You will be the person who keeps our listings sharp, our promotions on schedule, and our brand showing up the way it should on two of the fastest-growing third-party marketplaces in the country.
If you have lived inside Walmart Seller Center and know how the listing, promotion, and content systems work, you are exactly who we want to talk to. Target Plus has a learning curve, but if you understand the marketplace mindset, we can get you up to speed. Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is a strong plus since the systems and instincts translate even though Amazon will not be part of your day-to-day.
Job Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:
- Listing management. Own product listings end to end on Target Plus and Walmart.com, including titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, variants, and attributes.
- Promotions. Plan, build, and schedule promotions, deals, and price events across both marketplaces. Track performance and adjust the calendar based on what is actually working.
- Content quality. Coordinate with brand and creative teams to ensure every image, A+ style module, and detail page reflects the Kitsch look and voice.
- New item setup. Launch new products on both platforms on time, with complete and accurate setup, and partner with supply and operations teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Performance reporting. Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, buy box, and content health. Identify trends, flag issues, and recommend next steps.
- Platform partnership. Manage case management, support tickets, and platform-related issues with Walmart and Target Plus teams. Stay informed on policy updates and platform roadmap changes.
- Competitive analysis. Monitor competitor activity and marketplace presence. Share insights, benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Partner closely with Amazon, DTC, and retail teams to ensure marketplace strategies align with broader business objectives.
