About the Role

KITSCH is currently looking for an AI Image Producer & Retoucher

What will be your responsibilities?

Produce high-quality AI-generated lifestyle and product imagery aligned with the KITSCH brand aesthetic.
Generate and deliver a consistent pipeline of AI imagery assets, meeting weekly production targets and deadlines.
Review and retouch AI-generated images to ensure accuracy in product representation, color consistency, scale, and visual composition.
Serve as the quality control checkpoint for AI-generated assets before submission to the Photo Producer.
Manage and coordinate tasks for AI design contributors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Assign work, review deliverables, and provide feedback to improve output quality and efficiency.
Maintain organized asset management systems, ensuring proper file naming conventions and folder structures for all imagery.
Stay informed on emerging AI image-generation techniques, tools, and visual trends within the beauty and hair care industries.
Collaborate with internal creative teams to align imagery with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing needs.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, image quality, and production scalability.
Contribute creative ideas, new techniques, and visual trends that help keep KITSCH’s creative output fresh and innovative.
Ensure all imagery meets KITSCH brand standards before distribution or internal use.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in image production, retouching, or digital content creation, preferably within beauty, fashion, or consumer brands.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience using AI image-generation tools and prompt engineering.
- Experience producing or editing lifestyle imagery for marketing or e-commerce environments preferred.
- Experience coordinating or reviewing creative work from contributors or freelancers is a plus.
  High level of English proficiency (C1–C2).

- Proficiency in image editing and retouching tools (such as Photoshop or similar software).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color accuracy, and product presentation.

- Ability to evaluate imagery for brand alignment and aesthetic consistency.
