About the Role
KITSCH is currently looking for a proactive and results-driven TikTok Shop Catalog Specialist to own and elevate our social commerce presence. In this role, you won’t just maintain listings; you’ll actively maximize conversion and sales through strategic catalog curation and visual asset optimization, ensuring our product offerings align perfectly with the platform's viral trends to directly impact our growth.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Catalog Management (Digital Shelf): Uploading, updating, and optimizing SKUs in the Seller Center. Ensure titles, descriptions, and tags (SEO) are optimized for the TikTok algorithm.
- Catalog compliance and troubleshooting: Troubleshoot suppressed listings, attribute errors, pricing inconsistencies, and compliance flags.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working with creative, marketing, ops, and compliance teams.
- Digital Visual Merchandising: Select and organize thumbnails and product videos to be visually engaging and consistent with the app's native language (UGC - User Generated Content aesthetic).
- Campaign and Live Stream Sync: Prepare the catalog before Live Shopping events, ensuring featured products have sufficient stock and active coupons or discounts.
- Trend Analysis (Trend Jacking): Monitor TikTok trends to push relevant products to the storefront or create themed collections (e.g., "TikTok made me buy it").
- Promotion Management: Set up and execute flash sales, bundles, and specific discount coupons for the TikTok audience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor the in-app sales funnel: from product views to "add to cart" clicks and final conversion.
What are we looking for in you?
- 2+ years in E-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, Mercado Libre) with at least 1 year focused on TikTok Shop or Social Commerce.
- Mastery of TikTok Seller Center. Basic design skills (Canva/CapCut) to touch up visual assets if necessary.
- Highly analytical but with the creative sensitivity to understand what content goes viral.
- Ability to pivot product strategies within hours based on a video’s relevance or a trending topic.
- High level of English (C1-C2)
