About the Role
KITSCH is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed Amazon Customer Service Associate to support our growing presence across global Amazon marketplaces.
In this role, you won’t just respond to customers, you’ll create positive brand experiences, solve problems quickly, and help turn negative situations into loyal customers.

What will be your responsibilities?
Deliver Fast, High-Quality Support:
Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring each issue is fully resolved with accuracy and care.
Create Exceptional Customer Experiences:
Communicate clearly, empathetically, and in line with the Kitsch brand voice to make every interaction positive and personalized.
Resolve Issues End-to-End:
Handle order issues, product questions, refunds, replacements, and complaints with full ownership from start to finish.
Turn Problems into Opportunities:
Proactively manage negative reviews and customer concerns, aiming to turn dissatisfied customers into positive brand experiences.
Maintain Quality & Accuracy:
Apply correct policies, product knowledge, and solutions across all Amazon marketplaces with minimal errors.
Support a Global Operation:
Manage customer interactions across US, UK, Canada, EU, and Australia marketplaces while maintaining consistency and quality.
What are we looking for in you?
Experience
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (eCommerce or Amazon preferred)
- Strong written English communication (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently
- Experience supporting Amazon marketplaces
- Familiarity with customer service or ticketing systems
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve efficiency
- Customer-first mindset with strong empathy
- Ownership mentality - sees tasks through to completion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented thinker
