Warehouse Operations Associate (On-site – Los Angeles, CA)
About Kitsch
Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.
The Role
We ship thousands of orders every day through Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Faire. We need someone who keeps that flow moving, no matter what.
This isn't a pick-and-pack role, and it isn't a desk job either — it's the connective tissue between the two, sitting right between the floor and the office. You'll work in ShipHero, our warehouse management system, and treat every stuck order like it's your problem to solve, because it is. When something's off, you're the one who catches it first.

What You'll Do
Keep orders flowing
- Own the daily health of our online orders (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Faire) from the moment they arrive at the warehouse to the moment they ship
- Watch how we're pacing against the day's inflow and flag it early when we're falling behind
- Keep an eye on our oldest, most urgent orders and make sure they ship first
- Confirm every order sits in a fulfillable state: correctly statused, allocated, and visible to the right team
Keep the floor stocked and moving
- Drive putaway and replenishment: get received stock out of staging and into pickable locations before pickers run dry
- Escalate fast when we're low on inventory or need product moved into sellable locations
- Jump in hands-on wherever the bottleneck is — this is a sweep-the-floors kind of team
Coordinate the people
- Work with floor leads to keep everyone in the right spot, and flag imbalances to the Warehouse Manager
- Be the go-to problem solver when a picker or packer hits a wall
- Grow into the Warehouse Manager's right hand for coverage as trust builds
Keep the systems honest
- Monitor ShipHero daily: devices, stations, order statuses, and workflow settings
- Troubleshoot the real issue, not just the symptom: fix automation rules, reprocess orders, track down why an order landed in the wrong place
- Pull reports from ShipHero to answer real questions: what's aging, what's blocked, what shipped
- Handle basic floor IT: set up a computer, printer, scanner, or Wi-Fi, and get a frozen app running again

- Weekend availability required
