About the Role
KITSCH is currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to own and successfully execute critical cross-platform migrations and ensure operational workflow management. In this role, you won’t just track deadlines, you’ll actively oversee the migration of company files from Dropbox to Google Drive, manage project execution using Asana, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution that directly impacts team alignment and data accessibility.

What will be your responsibilities?
File Migration & Digital Asset Organization
- Lead and manage the end-to-end migration of files from Dropbox to Google Drive.
- Audit existing Dropbox structures to understand current file organization, usage patterns, and access permissions.
- Develop and implement a logical, scalable folder structure within Google Drive.
- Ensure all files are transferred accurately, maintaining version control and integrity.
- Manage user access permissions and ensure appropriate security settings.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, or unnecessary files and collaborate with stakeholders to determine proper handling.
- Train team members on the new Google Drive structure and best practices.
- Create, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, tasks, and dependencies in Asana.
Ensure Tech team and contributors are aligned, informed, and accountable for project deliverables. - Optimize Asana workflows, templates, and automations to improve efficiency.
- Monitor progress, flag potential risks, and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Support cross-functional teams by converting business needs into actionable tasks within Asana for tech team.
- Work with the department leads to understanding document requirements, workflows, and organizational preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all questions related to Drive organization and Asana project tracking.
- Communicate project milestones, blockers, and achievements clearly and consistently.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements to digital organization and project workflows.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for ongoing maintenance in Google Drive and Asana.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure long-term adoption and optimization of both platforms.
What are we looking for in you?
Qualifications- 2–4+ years of project management or operations experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud storage platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive) and file-management best practices.
- Proficiency with Asana, including dashboards, rules/automations, and workflow design.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with change management or training teams is a plus.
- High level of English (C1,C2)
- Strong proficiency with Google Drive (folder structuring, permissions, shared drives, file management).
- Experience migrating files between cloud storage platforms (e.g., Dropbox → Google Drive).
- Proficiency with Asana, including task creation, timelines, project templates, dependencies, dashboards, and reporting.
- General project management skills, including timeline creation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and training guides.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during large-scale file transfers.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement structured systems for file organization and project workflows.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams and training users.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional team projects.
